RECOMMENDATIONS
On moving day please ensure:
1 Timely and convenient access to the premises on the assigned day so that the removal service is executed quickly and safely.
2 Sufficient parking space for the removal vehicles near the premises. It is your responsibility to make sure that parking permit or
vouchers are made available if required. If a parking suspension is needed, it can be taken from the local council and an application should be made for it well in advance.
3 Presence in person during the entire process of moving so that nothing is lost , disposed of or left behind.
4 There are certain things that you should do or get done in advance with regards to clothes, appliances, furniture, fixtures and fitting so that there is no delay at the time of removal.
5 In case clothes and personal belongings have not been packed into boxes, PT Removals Ltd can provide wardrobe boxes and bars at an extra charge.
6 You must take down fixtures, electrical fittings, paintings, wall decorations, blinds and curtains and make them ready for transportation before the appointed time of removal.
7 Kitchen appliances such as cookers, washing machines, fridges, freezers etc. should be empty, disconnected from the electrical source and secured.
8 We do not transport any items that are potentially dangerous or not allowed by the law. These have been mentioned in out Terms and Condition
9 Furniture should be made ready to be taken out easily from the site. If it needs to be dismantled by us, please let us know in advance so that our staff can come and help you.
